From silo discharge to stable bag weight.

The package machine is a mechatronic system composed of an electronic weighing controller, bag clamping frame, pneumatic bag holder, feeding pipe, pneumatic cone valve, feeder, material buffer box, dust collection system, electric cabinet and pneumatic circuit.

  2. 2Bag clamping and inflationPneumatic devices hold the bag and prepare it for stable filling.
  3. 3Coarse and fine feedingMaterial enters through the feeder and valve system; the controller switches feed rate as the target weight approaches.
  4. 4Weighing and exhaustThe weighing chassis measures in real time while air and dust are exhausted through the configured system.
